These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of applications developed and published by Mully ("we," "us," or "our") and available through the Apple App Store. Our apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mully, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use our apps
• Any conduct or content of any third party in connection with our apps
• Any content obtained from our apps
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data

Our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mully and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our apps, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mully operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mully regarding the use of our apps and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
